Guidepost Montessori in Flower Mound, Texas is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher. This role involves nurturing toddlers in a prepared environment designed for their growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler-age children in a Montessori environment.Guidepost Montessori believes children are capable and designs an education for independence. • Observing each child to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment that fosters trust and exploration.
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence in children.
• Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills and language development.
• Forming personal connections with each child and fostering a respectful community.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents.

Requirements:

• Interest in pursuing Montessori training or prior Montessori diploma.
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting.
• Familiarity with child-led philosophies or openness to learning.
• Bachelor’s Degree (any subject).
