Guidepost Montessori in Hurst, Texas is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher. This role offers the opportunity to nurture toddlers in an environment designed for their growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler-age children in a Montessori environment.
Role Involves:
- Observing each child to understand their needs.
- Preparing an orderly environment that fosters trust and independence.
- Cultivating independence and self-confidence in children.
- Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills and language development.
- Forming personal connections with each child and fostering a community of respect.
- Communicating and collaborating with parents.
Ideal Candidate:
- Interested in Montessori training or has a Montessori diploma.
- Experience working with children ages 0-3.
- Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
- Has earned a Bachelor’s Degree.
