Guidepost Montessori in Mansfield, Texas is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to nurture toddlers in an environment designed for growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler-age children in a Montessori environment. Guidepost Montessori believes children are capable and design an education for independence.
Role Involves:
- Observing each child to understand their needs.
- Preparing an orderly environment that fosters trust and independence.
- Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
- Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills and language.
- Forming personal connections with each child.
- Communicating and collaborating with parents.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Interest in Montessori training or prior Montessori diploma.
- Experience working with children ages 0-3.
- Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
- Earned a Bachelor’s Degree.
