Guidepost Montessori in Bee Cave, Texas is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler-age children in a Montessori environment. Guidepost Montessori is a growing network of 100 schools across the U.S. and Asia.Role involves:

• Observing each child to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment.
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
• Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy.
• Forming personal connections with each child.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents.

An ideal candidate:

• Is interested in pursuing certified Montessori training or has a Montessori diploma.
• Has experience working with children ages 0-3.
• Is familiar with child-led philosophies or open to learning more.
• Has earned a Bachelor’s Degree.
