Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Head of School (Preschool Director) in Bee Cave, Texas. The Head of School will provide leadership to the entire campus team, ensuring a high-quality Montessori program. Responsibilities include:
  • Developing a strategic plan for the campus
  • Creating a strong culture
  • Building a strong community among staff, parents, and children
  • Ensuring delivery of an exceptional program
  • Meeting overall profitability targets
  • Ensuring enrollment targets are met
  • Hiring, supporting, developing, and managing teaching staff
