Creditas is seeking a CRM Marketing Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. The company is a financial services platform offering loans, insurance, and investments. The analyst will be responsible for optimizing communication and engagement with customers using a data-driven approach.
The CRM Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in planning and executing CRM strategies across various channels. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of CRM operations and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan strategic transactional rules for B2C and B2B origination across Bus.
- Manage channels: email, SMS, push notification, and WhatsApp.
- Define user profile segmentations.
- Optimize the engagement and conversion funnel.
- Structure briefings for email template creation.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize sending times and communication.
- Monitor results and metrics aligned with area KRs.
- Present results and improvements to stakeholders.
- Organize and document communications and visual resources.
Requirements:
- Analytical and data-driven profile.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (customer.io required).
- Experience in creating and implementing communication rules.
- Experience in fintechs or startups.
- Ability to work in a multifunctional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo.
