Job Description

Creditas is seeking a CRM Marketing Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. The company is a financial services platform offering loans, insurance, and investments. The analyst will be responsible for optimizing communication and engagement with customers using a data-driven approach.

The CRM Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in planning and executing CRM strategies across various channels. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of CRM operations and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan strategic transactional rules for B2C and B2B origination across Bus.
  • Manage channels: email, SMS, push notification, and WhatsApp.
  • Define user profile segmentations.
  • Optimize the engagement and conversion funnel.
  • Structure briefings for email template creation.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize sending times and communication.
  • Monitor results and metrics aligned with area KRs.
  • Present results and improvements to stakeholders.
  • Organize and document communications and visual resources.

Requirements:

  • Analytical and data-driven profile.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (customer.io required).
  • Experience in creating and implementing communication rules.
  • Experience in fintechs or startups.
  • Ability to work in a multifunctional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo.
