Job Description

KnowBe4 is seeking a Revenue Training Specialist to facilitate apprenticeship training initiatives for all sales, customer success, and revenue-generating teams. The Revenue Training Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to align training with business goals, promote continuous learning, and develop skilled revenue generators to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the delivery of comprehensive sales development initiatives.
  • Conduct skills-based assessments, role-plays, and practical exercises.
  • Monitor performance metrics and statistics for revenue trainees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.
  • Review and inspect Salesforce data, statistics, and customer interactions.
  • Provide genuine feedback regarding the fit and potential of trainees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, and stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer success.
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the discipline and/or firing of new sales hires.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in sales, sales management and/or quality control in a sales-related role
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to find the root cause of why an employee may be struggling
  • Strong statistical analysis skills
  • Strong skills in working with people
  • Strong skills in developing plans and drills to help employees
