Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Snr. Revenue Operations Manager to ensure the company's revenue engine runs effectively and efficiently. The Revenue Operations team is crucial in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution. The Snr. Revenue Operations Manager will design and implement the rhythm of the business and related processes, collaborating with revenue leadership from Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to drive performance.Role involves:
  • Developing and implementing the rhythm of the business.
  • Partnering with Revenue leaders to execute meetings.
  • Collaborating with the VP, Revenue Systems and Analytics to design business requirements for reporting.
  • Communicating and preparing documentation on Revenue Sector performance.
  • Identifying and diagnosing Revenue improvement opportunities.
  • Defining actionable plans and roadmaps.
  • Maintaining key reporting capabilities within the Egress Salesforce instance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • MBA or Master's degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with revenue operations in a SaaS company.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with B2B SaaS sales teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledge.
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise software using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with effectively communicating across organizations, geographies, and cultures.
  • Ability to remove ambiguity and drive efficiency by creating documentation and new business processes.
  • Skilled at developing relationships and trust across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data and pull insights from the data.
