Job Description
Fetch Rewards is seeking an Associate Creative Producer, Partnerships, to transform creative ideas into operational plans. Reporting to the VP Creative Strategy, Partnerships, this person will bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring every campaign from The Rewards Lab is strategically sound and flawlessly executed. Fetch partners with iconic brands, and this role is crucial for innovation. This role involves:
  • Collaborating with Creative Strategists to bring partnerships from idea to execution.
  • Serving as the operational lead on all The Rewards Lab campaigns.
  • Managing the full campaign lifecycle, from feasibility to retrospective.
  • Building and maintaining scalable systems for cross-functional speed and clarity.
  • Helping codify best practices, timelines, and templates.
  • Championing process excellence without stifling creativity.
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, brand operations, or integrated project management.
  • Deep understanding of marketing campaign workflows and organizational dynamics.
  • Strong creative instincts with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background in CPG, shopper marketing, or platform-based advertising is a plus.
  • Comfortable using project management tracking tools.
