Huspy, a rapidly expanding proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join their People & Culture team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with recruiters and HR professionals, contributing to the full recruitment cycle. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Role Involves:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Assisting in crafting job descriptions.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining data in the ATS.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinating communication with candidates.
- Staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms is a plus.
