The ideal candidate will champion the use of social analytical capabilities to enhance insights delivered to clients. This role involves integrating social listening capabilities with the agency's research and insight expertise.OMD EMEA is looking for a Social Listening expert with experience in applying social listening tools and analytical techniques. Role Involves:
  • Evolving the social analytical function.
  • Integrating social listening capabilities.
  • Delivering work to clients.
  • Supporting new business pitches.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in social and behavioral measurement tools (BrandWatch, Tagger, etc.).
  • Experience in influencer identification, campaign evaluation, and audience enrichment.
  • Knowledge of primary research techniques (quant and qual) is advantageous.
