This role involves leading data solutions for Omnicom clients, driving delivery excellence, managing talent, and fostering innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data operations, reporting, and analytics within a media agency context.
Role Involves:
- Partnering with senior leadership to shape data-driven solutions.
- Leading end-to-end delivery of data operations and reporting solutions.

Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in data operations, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
- Expertise in campaign performance and programmatic reporting.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience leading technical delivery of data pipelines and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial mindset.
