Annalect EMEA, part of Omnicom Media Group, is seeking a Data Partner for their London office. This role involves leading data solutions for Omnicom clients, driving delivery excellence, managing talent, and fostering innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data operations, reporting, and analytics within a media agency context.

Role Involves:
  • Partnering with senior leadership to shape data-driven solutions.
  • Leading end-to-end delivery of data operations and reporting solutions.
  • Fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture across teams.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and alignment between teams.
  • Championing continuous improvement across people, processes, and platforms.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years’ experience in data operations, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Expertise in campaign performance and programmatic reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading technical delivery of data pipelines and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset.
