Job Description

Annalect is seeking a CDP Engineer to play a crucial role in helping clients leverage their customer data effectively. The ideal candidate will architect, activate, and optimize Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions, driving tangible outcomes across marketing, media, and customer engagement strategies. This individual will bring technical expertise and consultative thinking to address complex challenges, translating business needs into scalable CDP solutions.

Role involves:

  • Providing hands-on CDP expertise and technical consultancy to clients.
  • Designing and delivering tailored CDP activation strategies.
  • Configuring, testing, and optimizing CDP platforms.
  • Leading the technical implementation of new CDP deployments.
  • Partnering with internal data, media, and analytics teams.
  • Supporting stakeholder education and upskilling.
  • Ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of CDP projects.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex CDP solutions end-to-end.
  • Hands-on expertise with major CDP platforms (e.g., Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce CDP, BlueConic, Tealium, Segment).
  • Familiarity with data integration concepts, identity resolution, customer journey orchestration, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience working in or alongside marketing, CRM, or media teams.
  • Hands on experience with TreasureData CDP.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills.
  • Effective project management abilities.
  • Technically proficient in configuring data pipelines, events, attributes, and custom audiences within CDP tools.
  • Understanding of privacy, consent, and data governance.
