Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Course Development Consultant to support key client projects related to NATO. The consultant will be involved in developing and updating Course Control Documents (CCDs) for existing NCI Academy courses. The NCI Academy, located in Oeiras, Portugal, delivers NATO technical and operational training. This role is crucial for ensuring responsiveness to NATO Education and Individual Training requirements.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and producing Course Control Documentation (CCDs)
- Maintaining and updating existing CCDs
- Working on courses related to C4ISR Technology, DCOI Level 1 Support, FAS Overview, AirC2IS, JADOCS, JTS, TOPFAS, NNMS, LOGFAS, MCCIS7, NCOP, INTEL-FS, Core GIS, JOCwatch, and NAMIS
Requirements include:
- Substantial experience in Quality Management / Instructional Systems Design / Change Management
- Demonstrable experience with NATO Global Programming and the NATO systems approach to training
- Proven ability in developing and producing Course Control Documentation
- Recent experience in requirements analysis and designing courses
- Excellent professional English language skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of NATO Education and Training Directives
- Ability to work in an International environment
