DataCamp is seeking a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the New Learner Experiences portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping how individuals learn, apply, and validate their data skills through innovative products like Sandbox, DataLab, and Certifications. The Lead Product Manager will define the product vision, craft strategies, launch new products, and scale adoption, managing both early-stage builds and mature product optimization.DataCamp values data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, ownership, and customer focus. Responsibilities: - Lead a product squad to execute on ambitious goals.
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy.
- Drive product development, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and content teams.
- Grow New Learner Experiences to meet the needs of B2C and B2B audiences.
- Leverage user data, market insights, and experiments to refine product direction.
- Represent the voice of the learner, synthesizing feedback into actionable product plans.
Requirements: - 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS environments.
- A track record of building new products from scratch and taking them to market.
- Strong B2C and B2B product experience.
- Experience with data tooling, coding environments, or AI-powered products (preferred).
- Data-driven and relentlessly curious.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about education and data literacy.
