Job Description

Superchat is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to redefine how businesses communicate with their customers. This role is central to a high-impact, cross-functional engine, utilizing data, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency and growth across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify GTM bottlenecks and implement scalable workflows.
  • Take ownership of the GTM tech stack, optimizing tool usage.
  • Support the evaluation of the GTM tech stack (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Analyze GTM data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven recommendations.
  • Create dashboards and reports.
  • Experiment with internal AI tools, automations, and no-code solutions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to identify and fix broken processes.
  • Excitement for new tools and quick adoption skills.
  • Thrive on structure with a data-first mindset.
  • Experience with automation and no-code tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their use cases.
  • Fluency in English.
