Job Description

PartnerStack is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to lead the development of its next-generation data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be strategic and technically proficient, with a passion for designing scalable and secure data ecosystems.This role involves:

• Designing and evolving PartnerStack’s data architecture.
• Defining and enforcing data modeling standards.
• Architecting and implementing data pipelines and integrations.
• Leading the design of data governance frameworks.
• Collaborating with engineering teams on data contracts and APIs.
• Evaluating and recommending data platform tools and technologies.
• Providing architectural guidance on GenAI and ML initiatives.
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Leading architectural reviews and mentoring data engineers and analysts.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data architecture.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Experience designing data architectures in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data stack tools.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices.
• Experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices in data environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
