DV Trading is seeking a Client Platforms Engineer to join their IT support team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT services, resolving technical issues promptly, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues and requests.
Identifying and diagnosing hardware, software, and application problems.
Following established procedures for incident management.
Handling service requests such as password resets and software installations.
Maintaining accurate records of all service desk interactions.
Assisting in managing IT assets.
Participating in ongoing training and development.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Collaborating with other IT teams.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer or similar role.
Solid knowledge of IT fundamentals.
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Willingness to work on-call rotation.
Ability to work in our London office 5 days a week.
