Job Description
AutoScout24 is seeking a Marketing Tracking Specialist to take ownership of their marketing tracking and analytics framework. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally across analytics, tech, and marketing to optimize the efficiency and ROI of the multi-channel marketing funnel.This role involves:
  • Gathering requirements from marketing, analytics, tech, and vendors.
  • Taking technical ownership of advertising platforms.
  • Conducting audits and troubleshooting for GTM, UTMs, and tracking implementations.
  • Supporting and improving campaign tracking frameworks.
  • Collaborating on A/B tests and experimentation.
  • Leading audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Building and maintaining connections between marketing tools and analytics infrastructure.
  • Partnering with analytics to optimize measurement frameworks.
  • Contributing to marketing performance optimization initiatives.
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and attribution concepts.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar tracking tools.
  • Experience in SQL and working with modern data stacks.
  • Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Amazon Quicksight.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical details.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluency in English.
