Senior Solutions Architect, APAC (Remote, Singapore)

Job Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team. This role is remote and based in Singapore.The Senior Solutions Architect will provide customers with business and technical consultation to achieve their objectives using Grafana. They will manage the lifecycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings, delivering training, quick-starts, and specialized consulting. The SA will also monitor support requests, identify recurring issues, and work with product teams to recommend improvements.What this role involves:

• Working with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Designing solutions for data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Leading functional workshops with customers and documenting requirements.
• Advocating for adherence to standards and best practices.
• Staying current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with o11y.
• Experience with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
