Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the ANZ region. The role involves identifying and closing new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and managing sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience selling technical products. Grafana Labs is a company with over 20M users of Grafana, its open source visualization tool, around the globe.
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers
  • Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process
  • Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Managing sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Adaptable with experience in high velocity technology companies
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open source technology
  • Excellent communicator
  • Located in Melbourne
