Technical Delivery and Operations Consultant

Job Description

MaintainX is seeking a Technical Delivery and Operations Consultant to manage end-to-end implementations of their condition monitoring solution. The consultant will be responsible for project managing deployments, coordinating with installation partners, and ensuring on-time hardware fulfillment. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for customers on technical questions and support escalations, monitor system health, and document processes.

Role involves:
• Owning end-to-end implementations of MaintainX’s condition monitoring solution.
• Project-managing deployments and maintaining detailed plans.
• Coordinating with installation partners.
• Ordering, tracking, and managing hardware delivery.
• Configuring devices within MaintainX’s software application.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for technical questions.
• Monitoring system health and driving remediation activities.
• Documenting processes and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
