Job Description
Babylist is seeking an Order Management Manager to oversee the real-time performance of its multi-node order network. The Order Management Manager will lead a team of operations specialists focused on monitoring backlogs, driving order accuracy, and delivering an exceptional post-order experience. This role is crucial to ensuring every package reflects Babylist's commitment to care and quality.
Role involves:
- Leading a high-performing team responsible for order flow across fulfillment centers, 3PLs, and dropship vendors.
- Owning key operational metrics, including backlog, order processing times, and fulfillment error rates.
- Collaborating with Customer Service to resolve order issues.
- Expanding operational scope to include returns management workflows.
- Partnering with Supply Chain Strategy and Fulfillment teams to improve operational workflows.
- Building strong relationships with fulfillment partners.
- Establishing and maintaining scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in order management, fulfillment operations, or supply chain.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience managing order operations across multi-channel fulfillment models.
- Skilled in order management systems (OMS), warehouse systems (WMS), and fulfillment workflows.
- Familiar with customer-centric metrics such as delivery SLAs.
- Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive cross-functional collaborator.
