Senior Product Manager, Entity Management

Gusto is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Entity Management to join their Company team. This role involves defining and prioritizing high-impact initiatives, navigating complex regulatory environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative customer experiences. The Senior Product Manager will help shape strategic initiatives that achieve and iterate on product-market fit while enabling scale. They will also accelerate team expertise in entity management and regulatory compliance through mentorship and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of direct Product Management experience in regulated domains.
