Tenable is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to support a top partner and sales team. This role focuses on generating new business through collaboration with the channel team and partner to develop and qualify opportunities.
Collaborating with partners to generate new business
Attending partner and customer-facing events
Performing outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities
Following up on inbound sales inquiries
Scheduling meetings and demos for sales Territory Managers
Promoting Tenable and partner events and webinars
Representing Tenable at customer-facing events and trainings
Researching target accounts for outbound call campaigns
Managing and maintaining contact and account databases
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales or client support
Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Willingness to travel for events and meetings
Outstanding communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems
Detail-oriented and capable of accurate work
Familiarity with partner's processes and culture (ideal)
Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools (ideal)
Bachelor’s degree (ideal)
