Customer Success Associate

Job Description

Bottomline is seeking a Customer Success Associate to ensure customer satisfaction and retention within the Paymode service. The Customer Success Associate will guide customers to achieve their desired outcomes, understand their needs, and identify ways to maximize the value of Paymode. They will manage vendor inquiries and escalations, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain customer commitment.

Role Involves:
• Resolving customer inquiries and educating them about Paymode-X services.
• Ensuring customer engagement with Paymode-X features.
• Identifying escalation risks and collaborating with internal teams to retain revenue.
• Developing and sharing best practices to improve processes.
• Supporting customer reviews by gathering and synthesizing data.

Requirements:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers.
• A genuine interest in helping customers with empathy and patience.
• Positive attitude, drive to excel, and initiative.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and team player skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within the FinTech industry.
• Awareness of the broader payment ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience using CRM applications is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business or technical field preferred.
