Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency, is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO to deliver best-in-class work for clients in Argentina. The Senior Manager will apply their SEO knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team. They will help define campaign delivery plans, including objectives and optimization strategies. The role involves generating and promoting innovative concepts, sharing successes, and improving guidelines and processes.Brainlabs is a culture-first company that values continuous development and a winning-together environment. They should also possess excellent communication, presentation, and data analysis skills.What this role involves:

• Delivering successful SEO campaigns that outperform KPIs.
• Defining campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
• Tracking and optimizing campaigns effectively.
• Serving as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks.
• Developing and implementing guidelines and processes.
• Contributing to the development of best-practice roadmaps.
• Mentoring others to grow capability and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Strong SEO delivery track record with 3+ years of experience.
• Passion for the craft.
• Demonstrable success in optimizing SEO campaigns through automation.
• Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
• Confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator.
• Excellent presentation and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
