Job Description

Decathlon Digital is seeking a Tech Lead Fullstack developer to join the MyGame team, based in Lille or Nantes. The MyGame team's mission is to provide store managers with a web application to manage store organization using predictive economic performance data. The Tech Lead will ensure technological excellence to deliver the best interactive experience to store teammates.

Role Involves:

• Being responsible for the technical architecture, ensuring scalability and evolvability.
• Participating in design workshops for projects involving multiple products.
• Being proactive within cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Ensuring code quality by promoting good development practices and supervising TDD implementation.
• Technically leading the development team and ensuring code quality and security.
• Staying updated on new technologies and proposing their integration.
• Collaborating with Product Management to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Actively contributing to task planning and team process improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Java/React developer.
• Excellent command of front-end patterns and architectures.
• Significant experience in end-to-end design and implementation of micro-service solutions.
• Solid experience in setting up CI/CD integration and all test layers.
• Good knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools.
• Interest in information systems security is a plus.
