Job Description
Decathlon is seeking a Junior FP&A / Contrôleur de Gestion (Alternance) to join their Digital Value team in Lille. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports and finance, eager to contribute to the evolution of Decathlon's business model. The candidate will work closely with the FP&A team and operational leaders, ensuring the integrity of accounts and the effective management of digital entities.

Role Involves:
  • Supporting the FP&A tutor in managing accounts and ensuring economic integrity.
  • Assisting in monthly closures and reforecasts.
  • Supporting teams in the budgetary process and ensuring compliance.
  • Managing investment processes and product/service piloting throughout the year.
  • Advising operational leaders on the financial impact of decisions.
  • Proactively managing risks within the assigned areas.

Requirements:
  • Strong teamwork and sharing culture.
  • Interest in the impact of sport on personal and collective development.
  • Curiosity and ability to understand complex areas.
  • Rigorous and well-organized.
  • Proficiency in Google office tools.
  • Professional English proficiency.
