Job Description
Motive is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join their team. Motive empowers those who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive and more profitable. The recruiting partner will aim to take it even higher with recruiting exceptional talent. They should have worked in a tech product space with business recruiting, managing high volume end to end recruiting and have a strong passion for building great teams with a heavy emphasis on company culture and candidate experience.

What this role involves:
  • Partnering with recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles.
  • High volume full-cycle recruitment.
  • Sourcing and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Striving to exceed recruiting KPIs and individual targets.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse).
  • Strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the PK market.
  • Strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to deliver consistent performance and KPI achievement working in a remote environment.
