QA Engineer

Job Description

Optimove is seeking a QA Engineer to join their R&D organization. The candidate will work collaboratively across development teams to ensure the company meets its commitments. They will write scripts and create automation environments for repeated tests, designing, testing, and deploying effective test automation solutions. The goal is to automate as much of the testing effort as possible with a minimum set of code.

• Creating and maintaining automated test suites
• Working with development engineers to author test cases
• Planning and executing test plans
• Running regression testing
• Performing exploratory testing
• Contributing estimations in planning
• Updating the team on test run progress
• Helping development engineers reproduce defects

• Experience with enterprise-level web-based applications
• Understanding of common QA methodologies and tooling
• Understanding of API-driven applications

• Hybrid work model from the office in Dundee
