Job Description

Linx, a leading software house in Latin America, is seeking a Desenvolvedor Delphi Pleno to join their #TimeFoda. This role involves working on the development and improvement of an ERP software, a system that centralizes and automates business management processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a desire to serve Brazilian entrepreneurs.This role involves:

• Developing and implementing software solutions using best practices and technologies.
• Analyzing and designing systems, creating technical documentation.
• Participating in all phases of development, from conception to delivery.
• Conducting unit and integrated tests to ensure code quality.
• Monitoring technological trends and proposing improvements.
• Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements include:

• Experience with Delphi, especially versions like 2007.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Firebird and SQL Server.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integration.
• Familiarity with Git for code versioning.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and understanding business rules.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
• Proactivity and a willingness to learn continuously.
