Linx is seeking a Technology Intern to join its team. This role involves contributing to effective communication for issue resolution and supporting the customer support team. The intern will interact with internet providers to resolve client issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring tickets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring updates and resolution.
  • Communicating with internet providers to open and update tickets.
  • Assisting the RC team in critical cases by actively following up with providers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service via phone.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in IT.
