Job Description

Role Involves:

  • Analyzing project timelines and identifying priorities.
  • Conducting meetings with project managers to align expectations and discuss progress.
  • Monitoring project performance indicators and identifying deviations.
  • Analyzing risks and developing contingency plans.
  • Communicating with clients.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to implementation analysts.
  • Promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Identifying training needs and developing the team.
  • Analyzing implementation processes and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Participating in strategic meetings with senior management.

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK).
  • Strategic thinking to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
