Job Description
Linx is seeking a Commercial Executive Specialist to join their Sponte product team. This role is based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and technology, with a consultative approach and a results-oriented mindset. They should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be proactive in seeking opportunities and closing deals. Role Involves:
  • Actively prospecting new clients (schools and educational institutions).
  • Identifying and mapping potential leads within the target profile and macro-region.
  • Qualifying leads according to established criteria.
  • Presenting the Sponte solution in a consultative manner, connecting the system to the client's pain points and needs.
  • Conducting commercial meetings to generate value and understanding of the solution.
  • Negotiating and handling objections (such as price, time, and competition) with commercial intelligence.
  • Following up on the entire sales cycle until the contract is signed.
  • Making in-person visits to institutions in negotiation, strengthening relationships and accelerating closures.
  • Supporting the team in lead generation events, with active participation in the organization and execution.
