Linx is seeking a Gerente Go To Market to connect strategy and execution, driving results in the retail sector. The role involves orchestrating stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, and innovating in a competitive market. The Gerente Go To Market will report to Linx Cross team.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure aligned execution.
Monitoring performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
Coordinating marketing and sales teams, promoting collaboration.
Monitoring the market, analyzing competition and opportunities.
Creating impactful presentations for internal and external strategic communications.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of 14 employees and 2 peer areas (Marketing and Offers), offering constructive feedback.
Requirements:
Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including product launches and market expansion.
Ability to analyze market and competition, identifying opportunities and proposing strategic differentiators.
Familiarity with brand positioning and product pricing strategies.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to align team objectives with organizational goals.
