Linx, in conjunction with Stone, is seeking a Senior Commercial Excellence Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. This role involves optimizing sales processes across various verticals and franchises to maximize company results. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial processes and sales, with a focus on excellence and measurable results.
Responsibilities include:
- Mapping and understanding sales processes.
- Conducting sales training sessions.
- Visiting franchisees to gather feedback.
- Supporting onboarding processes.
- Analyzing performance and producing reports.
- Participating in events to enhance commercial performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial processes and sales.
- Solid knowledge of commercial routines and sales methodologies.
- Analytical skills to map and improve sales processes.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Canva knowledge are a plus.
- Experience with retail software is a plus.
