Job Description

Linx is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with on-site presence in São Paulo. The Sales Executive will focus on closing deals for Autoshop solutions, engaging with clients who have expressed interest through inbound channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting commercial meetings to close Autoshop solutions.
  • Registering sales opportunities in CRM.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM with accurate client information.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
  • Participating in training and team meetings to enhance sales skills.
  • Facilitating relationships with internal areas to understand the sales process.
  • Working in a team.
  • Monitoring KPI’s for goal achievement.
  • Analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
