Job Description
Linx is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their Retail team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail and dedicated to serving Brazilian entrepreneurs. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing commercial strategies, and analyzing market data to drive sales in the retail sector. The Junior Account Executive will also be responsible for creating proposals in the CRM, maintaining data accuracy, and monitoring pipeline performance.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through active prospecting and market analysis.
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase market share and boost sales in the retail sector.
  • Analyzing sales and market performance data to adjust strategies and achieve goals.
  • Creating proposals in the CRM, from scope construction to negotiations and closing.
  • Maintaining up-to-date data in the CRM, including records of commercial presentations and follow-ups.
  • Monitoring pipeline performance, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks, and proposing solutions such as upsells and product improvements.
  • Participating in events and lectures to promote sales of our products.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the commercial area.
  • Ability to conduct complex negotiations and close deals.
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Emotional resilience to achieve goals and solve problems.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
