Job Description
Linx is seeking a Franchise Manager to lead the strategy, management, and commercial expansion of its franchise network, focusing on selling software solutions and services to the food retail sector. The Franchise Manager will act as a connection point between Linx, franchisees, and end clients, ensuring value proposition standardization and commercial performance.Role involves:
- Developing and executing the commercial plan for the franchise network.
- Prospecting new franchises and supporting brand expansion.
- Conducting training for franchisees on software solutions and sales processes.
- Monitoring commercial performance and proposing actions for revenue increase.
- Coordinating with marketing, product, and support areas.
- Conducting strategic negotiations with key accounts and regional partners.
- Gathering market feedback to support software and service improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines and quality indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Proven experience in commercial management, preferably with franchises and B2B software/SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of the food service/retail sector.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and results management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales funnels, and commercial performance analysis tools.
- Availability to travel.
