Linx is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their team in Recife, Brazil. This role is focused on ensuring client success through the use of Linx solutions, fostering client loyalty, and driving business growth. The Account Executive will serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximize the value of Linx's offerings and overcome challenges.Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for new clients through various methods such as cold calling and networking.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Presenting Linx solutions in a persuasive and personalized manner, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
- Negotiating commercial terms, prices, and payment conditions to close sales and achieve targets.
- Providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Continuously learning and applying new techniques and processes.
Requirements:
- Focus on selling solutions to new clients (Hunter profile) and consultative sales (Software).
- Ability to build relationships internally and with decision-makers.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously and closing deals quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with software sales.
