• Identifying new business opportunities through active prospecting and market analysis.
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase market share and drive sales in the retail sector.
• Analyzing sales and market performance data to adjust strategies and achieve goals.
• Preparing proposals in the CRM, from scope construction to negotiations and closing.
• Maintaining updated data in the CRM, including records of commercial presentations and follow-ups.
• Monitoring pipeline performance, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks, and proposing solutions such as upsells and product improvements.
• Participating in events and lectures to promote sales of our products.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in the commercial area of a technology company.
• Ability to conduct complex negotiations and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on results.
• Experience in building and maintaining lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Emotional resilience to achieve goals and solve problems.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model.
• Knowledge in technologies applied to retail (desirable).
