Linx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Júnior to join their Recruitment and Selection team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, mapping the market for suitable profiles, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Júnior will contribute to the company's mission of serving Brazilian entrepreneurs and transforming their dreams into results.

The Talent Acquisition Júnior will be responsible for:

• Conducting selection processes for various business areas.
• Managing the selection process from start to finish.
• Mapping the market and actively searching for profiles that match open positions.
• Building relationships with peer areas and leadership.
• Proposing solutions and driving internal improvements.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of interview techniques and assessment tools.
• Experience with high volume and different profiles.
• Completed or ongoing higher education.
