Linx is seeking an Analista de Suporte Especialista to join their Automotivo team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and building trust with clients through transparent communication and simple solutions. The analyst will work to continuously improve their knowledge through Linx's training programs, focusing on best practices and quality standards. They will also be responsible for opening and resolving support tickets for ERP solutions, clearly documenting actions taken to resolve incidents. The role involves communicating with clients through various channels, identifying their needs, and applying appropriate solutions, sometimes requiring remote access to the client's system.
