Linx is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their Client Relationship team. Role involves:
Providing level 1 and 2 support to clients.
Mapping operational and systemic problems and resolving their root causes.
Promoting teamwork and providing/receiving feedback.
Acting as an interface between different areas, mitigating communication problems.
Assisting in defining scope, roadmaps, sprints, and prioritizations.
Ensuring client needs are met and/or directed to the appropriate teams.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Experience with internal or external customer service.
Interest in pursuing a career in Technology.
Availability to work from Monday to Friday in the afternoon or evening.
Experience with SaaS platforms or retail software (preferred).
Experience with Postman and databases or programming (preferred).
