Job Description
Linx is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their Operations team. This role involves providing technical support to clients via chat, ensuring a positive experience with the system. The analyst will diagnose and resolve technical issues, configure functionalities, and escalate complex cases to level 2 support.
Role involves:
- Providing real-time support to restaurants via chat.
- Practicing active listening and empathy.
- Answering client questions about system usage.
- Identifying and resolving system issues.
- Opening cases for level 2 support when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service.
- Familiarity with Help Desk tools (desirable).
- Knowledge of remote access software (desirable).
- Basic IT knowledge, including networks, operating systems, and information security (desirable).
