Job Description
Linx is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their Operations team. This role involves providing technical support to clients via chat, ensuring a positive experience with the system. The analyst will diagnose and resolve technical issues, configure functionalities, and escalate complex cases to level 2 support.

Role involves:
  • Providing real-time support to restaurants via chat.
  • Practicing active listening and empathy.
  • Answering client questions about system usage.
  • Identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Opening cases for level 2 support when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Familiarity with Help Desk tools (desirable).
  • Knowledge of remote access software (desirable).
  • Basic IT knowledge, including networks, operating systems, and information security (desirable).
