Linx, in collaboration with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Bebedouro, São Paulo. This role involves contributing to the largest software house in Latin America, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and building trust through transparent and connected solutions.

The Junior Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Improving through Linx's training and information exchange.
  • Opening and handling support calls for ERP solutions.
  • Attending clients through chat, phone, e-mail or other call management tools.
  • Applying corrections to identified problems and monitoring client tests.
  • Remote access to the client, when necessary.
