Linx, in partnership with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Bebedouro, São Paulo. The Role Involves:

  • Improving through Linx's training and information exchange.
  • Opening and handling support tickets for ERP solutions.
  • Attending clients via chat, phone, email, or other tools.
  • Identifying client needs and analyzing solutions.
  • Applying corrections and monitoring client tests.
  • Remote access to clients when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interact with the public and solve problems.
  • Agility in handling multiple tasks.
  • Experience in customer relationship activities (preferred).
  • Experience/skill in IT (preferred).
