Job Description

Linx, in partnership with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Belo Horizonte. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the company's retail clients by addressing their needs and resolving issues related to ERP and POS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and managing support tickets for ERP and POS solutions.
• Communicating with clients via chat, phone, email, or other channels to understand their needs.
• Analyzing client requests and identifying the best solutions.
• Applying fixes to identified problems and assisting clients with testing.
• Providing remote support to clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Experience in customer service or related activities (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL Server or other databases (preferred).
• Completed or pursuing a degree in IT or a related field (preferred).
