Job Description
Linx, in collaboration with Stone, is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team in Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil. This role involves contributing to the largest software house in Latin America, which holds 46% of the Brazilian retail market share and provides management, payments, connectivity, and shopping experience solutions to over 70,000 clients across thirteen countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Aprimorating skills through Linx's training and information exchange.
  • Opening and managing support tickets for ERP solutions.
  • Assisting clients via chat, phone, email, or other tools.
  • Identifying client needs and implementing solutions.
  • Applying fixes and ensuring client satisfaction through testing.
  • Providing remote support when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Agility in handling multiple tasks.
  • Experience in customer relationship activities (preferred).
  • IT skills (preferred).
